Bright Eyes - Mushaboom (Feist cover)

A series of recordings were made during Bright Eyes' "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning" tour, and Team Love Records has now released them. My opinion of Bright Eyes changes from time to time. Some days I find him to be a melodramatic whiny little bitch, but others I'm just in the right mood for it. While this cover of Torontonian/Parisian/Broken Social Scenian Leslie Feist's "Mushaboom" may not hold up to the original, it's still interesting to hear Conor Oberst's take on it. This album also features a cover of the late Elliott Smith's "The Biggest Lie"
