Kanye West ft. Twista/Keyshia Cole - Impossible

When I first heard that Kanye West was doing the theme song to the Mission: Impossible 3 movie, I figured it we were in for quite a ride. Topping Limp Bizkit's theme from M:I2 is surely no easy task, but yet Mr. West seems to have done it in style here. The one thing I don't quite understand is... how does this song have anything to do with the Mission: Impossible theme? Leave it to Kanye to dig up an old funk/soul classic called "It's Impossible", and play on that instead. (You can listen to the original over at XXL Mag.) I can't wait to hear how these beats translate to the movie... I am already picturing Tom Cruise all sweaty and diffusing a bomb while listening to this on his iPod. Unfortunately the only version of this song I've been able to find so far is the clean version -- that is, the one with bongo drums over top of the curse words. If anyone locates the "unclean" version, please do give me a heads up since I would much prefer it.

Excuse me while I barf! And, yes, I actually listened to it, trying to imagine how it fits the movie.

It may be ok on a soundtrack, but as a defining mark...NO!

I believe the song was originally recorded for Twista's album. West is also doing an instrumental remix of the theme for the soundtrack.
